About Darren
I am a fully qualified, accredited (BACP) and experienced Psychotherapist. I offer 1:1 Psychotherapy and Couples Counselling. I have been qualified and practising for over 20 years.
I am also an ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach. I have worked as a senior manager within large national health and social care social enterprise, with over 5,000 staff. I have a wealth of experience leading psychology and psychotherapy teams and transforming practice within organisations. I understand many of the stresses and strains of exec and senior leadership roles.
I provide consultancy to companies in relation to health, mental health and wellbeing services for staff/ members and customers.
I am registered with a number of Private Health Insurers, including, WPA, Vitality, Cigna, Modern Health, AXA, Aviva, Allianz and more.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy or counselling is an opportunity to explore issues or problems in your life, and then address and possibly resolve them. This can only happen when the therapist and client(s) develop a trusting relationship. I offer therapy remotely via Teams or Zoom.

Executive Coaching
& Consultancy
Executives and C-Suite leaders have a considerable amount of responsibility and accountability. These roles can often be isolated without many trusted people to talk candidly about personal and organisational challenges and opportunities. Coaching can offer a space to reflect and gain better insights about how you lead and your leadership style, how you manage and develop professional relationship, and your tools to reflect in the future.
I have a wealth of experience engaging with organisational leadership teams, especially in relation to employee wellbeing and mental health provision. Being an experienced clinician helps to translate organisational need to intuitive, high-quality, need-driven wellbeing services. I have supported a range of enterprises, from large multi-nationals, in designing or updating their employee wellbeing services.
